  • How do I book a party?
    Simply click on our book now button and select your date. Once you select your date, the available times will appear. Select your time and make your deposit and that’s it!
  • How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
    Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come.
  • Will the kids know what to do?
    That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We are committed to making sure everyone has an amazing time!
  • Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
    If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he/she will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he/she will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having an amazing time!
  • What about bad weather?
    We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.
  • What time should I make the party?
    We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time.
  • What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
    Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having a ball!
  • Do I request certain games?
    We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking.
  • Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
    Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay your deposit online. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception and we can talk about options.
  • How do the invitations work?
    As soon as you confirm and pay for your party on line, we email invitations to you.
  • What time will you be arriving?
    The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 30-45 minutes ahead of time.
  • Where can I view your official policies?

  • What does my party include?
    Each party varies in length. Party choices include 1 Hour, 90-Minute and 2 Hour Parties (choices depend on day of the week). You can add time to any party during booking for longer parties or even all-day events! Each party includes a trained Triple J’s Rolling Video Game Coach (who instructs and leads the party) and use of our Video Game Library and Gaming Consoles.
  • What if I want additional time?
    Parties are scheduled in advance. If the schedule permits we would be glad to add additional time for $99 each additional hour. We suggest you plan ahead and if you want to have Triple J’s Rolling Video Games for a longer time, simply add extra time when booking your event.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    All event cancellations will be subject to forfeiture of deposit if cancelled less than or equal to 72 hours of your scheduled date and time. Please be sure to contact us for any rescheduling issues in order to avoid any possible fees. We are more than happy to work with you as much as possible.
  • Can I have my party at the park?
    We are mobile and self-powered so we are very capable of having your event at a park. However you are responsible for any permits or fees required by the local authorities. We will gladly provide proof of insurance or any documents needed to secure your permit. You are also responsible for securing parking for our Triple J’s Rolling Video Game truck. We need at least 60 feet of space to park the Rolling Video Game truck (6-8 parking spots).
  • Do I tip the Game Coach?
    The Game Coach is there to make sure that your guests are making the most of our high-tech fun. He/She is there to assist, inspire, and instruct. Tipping for exceptional service in a great idea, but not required. Please note, your game coach/coaches keep 100% of their tips.

Cancellation
&
Refund Policy

Triple J's Rolling Video Games reserves the right to cancel  an event based on business needs. Should a cancellation be required by Triple J's Rolling Video Games, the full deposit will be refunded to the customer..

 

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.  A valid credit or debit card is required to secure and pay for your reservation.  Corporate Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders are other acceptable forms of payment.  We do not accept personal checks!

 

 A $5.00 Convenience Fee will be charged for any debit/credit card transactions made on the day of the event.

 

A fee of $100.00 will be charged for any cancellations 3 or more days  prior to the event!

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS:

You cancel your Reservation less than 3 days prior to the event.

You are not at the address provided for the Reservation and do not receive service.

There are no refunds for services performed!

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL FUNDS PAID AND ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE!

Bad Weather

Triple J’s Rolling Video Games mobile gaming theater is designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with air conditioning and heat (if needed). There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party.

 

Our game trucks are climate controlled and are able to perform in the most extreme conditions.

In the event, weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule to a later date.

Supervised Children

Triple J’s Rolling Video Games does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times.

 

Guests ages 16 and under require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.

Alcohol & Drugs

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Triple J’s Rolling Video Games equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Damage & Injury

Triple J’s Rolling Video Games or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Triple J’s Rolling Video Games reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests.

 

Triple J’s Rolling Video Games or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

Food & Drink

Triple J’s Rolling Video Games does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

Pictures

While your party is in effect the Game Coach and/or other members of the Triple J’s Rolling Video Games team will be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Triple J’s Rolling Video Games Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files.

 

If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

Our Truck/Trailer

When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway.

 

**Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. Additionally our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.

Video Game Ratings

Triple J’s Rolling Video Games will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event.

 

If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please advise your event consultant at the time of booking or as soon as possible.
